Milpara Community House is a Services Australia Agent. A place where people in rural and regional areas can get help with Medicare, Centrelink and other government services. Our friendly staff Leisa, Val and Ruth are here to help, it’s a free service to you. You, or with their assistance, can use the computers to login to your myGov account and get things done on the spot.

Do I need an appointment? No, we don’t make appointments. You may need to wait until the agent is ready to see you.
How long will it take?
We don’t know, our agents help people to the level they need.
Can I speak to someone from Services Australia? Yes we have a phones available for self service or if you need to speak directly to a Services Australia Service Officer.
What can I do there? You’re welcome to access self service or our agents can assist you to:

What we can’t do: We are here to provide a Services Australia agent only. We are not Services Australia staff. This means we can’t make payments or any decisions about payments. We cannot review, assess or vary payments. We can not complete or submit claims on your behalf – we can assist you to do this for yourself.
