Our reception volunteers and staff are able to assist with a variety of help. Please understand that we all have different skills. Some tasks are time consuming and you may be asked to make an appointment or come back another day to ensure we provide you with the best service.

Please value our time and bring along all documentation you may need, including proof of identification for applications – we can’t submit them without them

Printing, Photocopying and Scanning – A4 only.
Document Lamination
Assistance in printing documents from emails.
Assistance in sending emails, with scanned documents.

Assist with online and written applications.

General assistance with technology – please be aware that Korumburra Myli Library have staff to assist with digital assistance on Wednesday afternoons.

Support comes in many forms. Maybe you need help making a call or to read a letter, we’re here for you.

You must pay for all costs incurred e.g. printing, lamination, application fees etc. Donations as a thank you for providing assistance is appreciated.
