Co-working Space & Room Hire with Milpara
Milpara Community House is located at the Korumburra Community Hub, with a range of our own independent spaces and a number of shared spaces. Milpara has a Consult Room and Computer Lab for hire. All other spaces in the Hub are shared spaces; Meeting Room 1, 2 & 3 and the Flexi Space. The shared spaces are hired via the KCH Facility Manager 0456 991 956.
Rooms are temperature controlled and comfortable all year round. Two accessible car spaces are located at the lower floor entry, and a single accessible car space is located on the upper level entry. The convenient lift will allow clients easy access between levels. Accessible and ambulant toilets are located on both levels of the facility, with an infant change table available on the upper floor.
Consult Room Hire
Computer Lab Hire
Our consult room, located on the Lower Floor, has frosted windows for natural light and privacy. A conveniently positioned waiting room is available for your clients and adjacent to the lift for easy access.
Perfect for one-to-one or small group meetings. The consult room has a wall width pinboard and a portable white board can be provided on request.
The Computer Lab is a multi use space. Fitted with 8 computers, full internet access and MS Suite installed, its perfect for your next training session or as a co-work space.
The room is also perfect as a meeting space, with a wall hung TV and access to a Four Face portable magnetic whiteboard, this space is versatile for meetings, workshops or as a private quiet space on the upper floor.
When you hire a space with us, your local community benefits. All profits from room hire go back into our organisation to maintain and improve our community services.
Room Hire Costs
1 or 2 hours $15 per hour or part thereof
1/2 Day (up to 3.5hrs) $45.00
Full Day (up to 7 hrs): $60

Room Hire is available during the below hours, excluding Public Holidays.
Monday – Friday 8.00 am – 9.30 pm
Saturday & Sunday 9.00 am – 2.00 pm
Please note special conditions apply to bookings outside of Monday – Friday 9.30 am – 5 pm and require 48 hours notice.
All bookings are subject to approval and agreement with our terms and conditions. Milpara reserves the right to decline bookings at our discretion.
